ComToSpace provides web-based tools designed to analyze public YouTube metadata, estimate earnings, and extract publicly accessible media (the "Service"). You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that ComToSpace assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. Accuracy of Data

The Service interfaces with public Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), oEmbed protocols, and unauthenticated public schema to deliver data. ComToSpace does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, integrity, or quality of such data. Earnings calculators are estimations based on industry-standard CPM projections and do not reflect factual financial disbursements by Google LLC.

4. Fair Use and Copyright

Any media (such as video thumbnails or channel icons) downloaded via the Service remains the copyrighted intellectual property of the original creator or holding entity. ComToSpace facilitates the extraction of these files for fair-use analysis, journalism, and research. You agree not to distribute or monetize copyrighted media obtained through this Service without authorization from the rightsholder.

5. Restrictions on Automated Scraping

While the front-end tools are free for human use, bypassing our user interface to perform automated mass-scraping, denial-of-service, or API abuse against our routing infrastructure is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently firewalled at the DNS level.

6. Non-Affiliation Status

ComToSpace is an independent development project. It is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with YouTube, Google LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official YouTube website can be found at https://www.youtube.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ComToSpace be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, or use of, the Service.

8. Modifications to Service

ComToSpace reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that ComToSpace shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
